To ensure your stay at the Alpspitz gets off to a relaxing start right from the beginning, you’ll find practical information about your stay here. Should you have any questions or requests, we’re of course happy to assist you in person.
Pets
Out of consideration for guests with allergies and to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we’re unfortunately unable to accommodate pets. We thank you for your understanding.
Drinks
In our Tyrolean lounge, you will find a selection of chilled drinks available for self-service.
We ask you to note down your consumption on the designated drinks list on the information board. You can settle the bill conveniently before your departure.
Books & games
In our Tyrolean lounge and in the children’s playroom, you will find a selection of books and board games for all ages. You are welcome to make use of these during your stay and enjoy some relaxing time.
Ski and bicycle storage & boot dryer
Our ski and bicycle storage room is located on the lower ground floor, with plenty of space for your sports equipment.
Secure storage facilities are available for skis, snowboards, bicycles, pushchairs and other equipment. After an active day in the mountains, you are also welcome to use our boot dryer.
Cleaning & Towel Change
To make your stay as pleasant as possible, we offer the following services depending on the type of accommodation and length of stay:
Double rooms: A complimentary mid-stay cleaning is included for stays of 4 nights or more. Fresh towels are also provided on request.
Apartments: A one-off complimentary towel change is included for stays of 7 nights or more.
Please let us know your preferred time at breakfast or at reception. No mid-stay cleaning or towel change will take place without a prior appointment.
Additional towel changes and mid-stay cleaning of the apartments are available at an extra charge.
In the interests of sustainability, we use water, energy and cleaning products sparingly. Thank you for your support.
Iron & ironing board
We are happy to provide an iron and ironing board on request. Please contact us if required.
Blankets & pillows
To ensure a restful night’s sleep, we are happy to provide additional blankets or alternative pillows on request.
Washing machine
Use of our washing machine is available for a fee. Please contact us if required – we’ll be happy to help.
Umbrellas
Umbrellas are available to borrow free of charge for rainy days.

Direct Booking
Our prices depend on the season, length of stay and availability. You can find the current price for your desired travel dates at any time via our online booking system.
Cancellation
The applicable cancellation terms can be found directly in your booking and in your booking confirmation.
House Rules
To ensure all guests feel at home with us, we ask that you treat one another with respect and consideration.
Quiet Hours
Out of consideration for other guests, we ask that you observe the night-time quiet hours from 10.00 pm to 7.00 am. Please avoid loud conversations, music or other disruptive noises during this time.
Smoking
Our rooms and apartments are non-smoking areas. Smoking is permitted only in the designated outdoor areas.
Safety
Please close windows and doors when leaving your accommodation. Open fires, candles and barbecues on balconies or terraces are not permitted.
Careful use
We ask you to treat the furnishings, fittings and communal areas with care.
Should any damage occur or defects be noticed during your stay, please inform us as soon as possible.
Liability
We accept no liability for personal belongings. The statutory provisions in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH) apply.
