In Biberwier, alongside numerous hiking opportunities, there is also our newly built Biber Adventure Trail. A little beaver guides hikers of all ages through its home, Biberwier. The history of the village is illustrated through the themes of mining, water, energy and the ancient Roman road, the Via Claudia.

You can also use your Guest Card to take part in a guided llama walk through Biberwier free of charge. This unique experience delights young and old alike!

Cyclists will find plenty to enjoy all around our hotel, DAS ALPSPITZ. Whether you’re passionate about mountain biking or prefer a leisurely ride on an e-bike: numerous paths and trails allow our guests to explore the Zugspitz Arena on two wheels. Biberwier is a popular starting point for the legendary ancient Roman road, the “Via Claudia Augusta”. At our hotel, your bikes can be stored in our lockable bike room. If you’d like to hire a bike, we recommend our partner Sport Nagele in Bichlbach. With the free delivery and collection service for your booked bike directly to our hotel, we offer you the perfect service for your dream cycling holiday!

Summer toboggan run and fun sports

Tyrol’s longest summer toboggan run, stretching 1,300 metres with 40 bends, is a wonderful treat for young and old alike and is just a 5-minute walk from our guesthouse.
