Start your day with our generous and lovingly prepared breakfast buffet in our cosy Swiss stone pine parlour!
In our breakfast room, daily from 7am to 9.30am, we offer
- a wide selection of different coffee specialities, such as espresso, long black, cappuccino...
- our well-stocked tea bar with fruit tea, black tea, herbal tea, chamomile tea, peppermint tea...
- various types of bread and rolls, such as white rolls, pretzels, brown bread, multigrain rolls...
- homemade cakes baked with love, or alternatively croissants or a butter plait
- a well-stocked selection of cheeses comprising various hard and soft cheeses as well as cream cheese varieties
- generous cold meat platters, e.g. with ham, salami, dry-cured sausage, fresh sausage, spreadable sausage, meatloaf, bacon...
- eggs freshly prepared to your personal taste (hard-boiled/soft-boiled) and egg dishes (omelette, fried egg, scrambled eggs)
- a variety of cereals for muesli fans, e.g. crunchy muesli, oat flakes, wheat pops, chocolate crispies...
- and, of course, to go with these, linseeds and dried fruit for creative milk and yoghurt creations
- as well as our ALPSPITZ Bircher muesli, lovingly homemade

Special breakfast requests
We want you to enjoy your start to the day with us to the full. Please therefore let us know at least 2 days before your arrival if you have any special requests or suffer from food intolerances or allergies. This will allow us to prepare accordingly and tailor your breakfast entirely to your needs.
In addition, a local baker delivers fresh baked goods daily, 7 days a week, available on request for a fee. Please let us know your bread roll preferences upon arrival.
