Access to guest rooms and apartments
Our team may enter the rooms during the day between 08:00 and 18:00 to carry out cleaning, maintenance and any necessary work. We will, of course, knock or let you know in advance. In emergencies (for example, in the event of water damage or a fire hazard), the room may be entered without prior notice. We always respect your privacy and well-being.
Quiet hours
Out of consideration for other guests, we ask that you observe the night-time quiet hours from 22:00 to 07:00. Please avoid loud conversations, music or other disruptive noises during this time.
Smoking
Our rooms and apartments are non-smoking areas. Smoking is permitted only in the designated outdoor areas.
Safety
Please close windows and doors when leaving your accommodation. Open fires, candles and barbecues on balconies or terraces are not permitted.
Liability
We accept no liability for personal belongings. The statutory provisions in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH) apply.
